I scheduled an appointment with Infinity Exteriors. A very professional and friendly representative named Charlie Smart arrived at my house promptly on time. We talked about my current roof and the problems I was having. Charlie mentioned that he would like to inspect outside and inside the house (attic) and garage. I have not been asked this on other inspections but Charlie mentioned it was very necessary to realy know what were dealing with for a shingle replacement. I respected his decision to do this.

I could not be happier with the service that Infinity Exteriors provided. This was a very large job consisting of putting a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, 20 skylights and fascia on a main home and 2 other buildings. The salesman Adam was very detailed in his bid and how he would approach the job. The crew that came was very efficient, making sure that the house was weatherproofed at the end of each day. Adam was on the job site every day for about 3 weeks, making sure that the job was completed to specifications. His attention to detail was amazing. The crew that Infinity employed were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up afterwords. At the end of the job, the price paid matched up with what Adam had quoted. I would definitely recommend Adam and Infinity Exteriors

My wife and I met with Charlie on Thursday and he gave us a thorough, detailed description of the work that will be done and the materials that will be used. We wanted to take a day to read the contract and discuss details, which he happily agreed to. We emailed him some clarifying questions at night and he responded promptly. On Friday afternoon, he came back to finalize the contract and answered a few final questions. Charlie was professional and responsive, and we are looking forward to the remaining interactions with Infinity Exteriors!

Our residential roof was about 19 years old and was developing issues with leaks here and there which obviously was an issue. I had a few roofing companies out to provide estimates for a roof replacement. After meeting with Danny from Infinity Exteriors, I immediately knew that Infinity was the only company I trusted for the job. Danny took the time to not only cover my concerns for the roof, but also inspected the attic to insure that there was proper ventilation (this sounds like a little thing, but it’s the little things that matter, as the other companies didn’t really seem to care about that, or even mention the problems that could surface with improper ventilation).
