Charlie was excellent. He was patient while we were making decisions about color and materials. He was very informative about the products and the way they would be installed. He was knowledgeable about the products he was selling and not at all pushy. He in no way tried to up-sell us on more expensive products. He just told us the difference in quality and what warranties applied and let us make the decisions. I can't imagine a better experience when purchasing home improvement products and and installation.
