my wife and I had Richland Windows , the Heritage Classic double hung vertical slider, vinyl dual glazed ,foam filled cavities, low E, argon gas , installed by Infinity Exteriors, Inc, and were completely satisfied with their product and service. The installers, Josh and Mike, were hard working, prompt and professional with an attention to detail resulting in a superior product. The first stormy, windy, day after installation showed that this was a very good choice for us after may years of cold and drafty windows. We had an incredibly positive experience with Ricky, Sean, and the roofing crew they sent to our house. They worked so smoothly with our insurance to make sure we were getting a fair price. And the crew replaced our entire roof in only one day (yes, literally start to finish in the same day). The crew also did an excellent job protecting our plants and other outdoor items (even putting our flower pots and whatnot back up by the house afterwards).
