Infinity Exteriors was an efficient and easy experience for us! We needed our garage roof and all gutters replaced. Ricky came to our house, gave us a great quote and answered every question and stayed longer to discuss a future siding project.

I contacted Infinity Exteriors after a small leak appeared in our ~25 year old roof during a recent rain storm. I had utilized the same company several years ago to improve the roof ventilation and chimney flashing and was impressed with the work that they did back then. Their representative arrived within 2 days to evaluate the situation and, after a thorough examination of both the exterior and interior structure of the roof, gave me the option to either patch the area causing the leak, together with another area with distorted shingles, or to replace the roof entirely. Given the age of the roof, I elected to proceed with the whole roof replacement and also had them install new gutter guards which I had been planning to replace in any case.

This summer our house has been losing a lot of cool air. In an effort to remedy the situation we called Infinity Exteriors as we were convinced it was our attic that needed more installation. When Ricky arrived, on time, he was very understanding that I own an inhome daycare and was not able to give him my undivided attention. He did his inspection and gave us the truth about where we stood, that it wasn't so much our attic as it was our windows, however, he also noted a leak in our chimney that we ourselves had come to realize after we scheduled our appointment. Ricky had mentioned they did those repairs and I was excited. I never thought to ask, I thought we needed to call a chimney guy. Ricky explained that this was our priority and we agreed. The price is great. Ricky has been super helpful and easy to work with. Quick to answer questions and through. There was never any cheesy sales pitch or pressure to sign immediately. Those are my favorite people to work with. I highly recommend working with Ricky for your exterior needs!!

Infinity replaced our cedar siding with LP Smartside siding. They also replaced the gutters and put in a new front door. Overall, we were very satisfied with the final product. The crew was very nice and they cleaned up really well. The doors are great quality. They went above and beyond and removed mounds of bat feces that were found behind some siding on our chimney area. We would definitely use Infinity again and would recommend them to friends.

I haven’t signed a contract or moved forward with window installation yet, but I wanted to post a review anyway because I had an excellent experience with Aaron today. He is a very personable and professional person, doesn’t have any of the negative qualities one might associate with a sales person. He actually showed me things I didn’t know about my current vinyl windows and now I can clean them and close them properly! I wanted infinity to provide a quote for replacing 3 windows with a new bay window and Aaron was upfront and sympathetically educated me about the costs involved in my dream project. I didn’t even feel bad moving on from that idea to a smaller project (just replacing the windows) because I understood the process and pros/cons better thanks to him. I fully appreciate the info Aaron gave me and value-added service he offered before I was even close to signing any kind of commitment. I haven’t signed anything yet but I definitely will be going with this company when we are ready to have our windows replaced!

We had Infinity do our roof and it was a perfect experience all the way around. Nick Morn is a great communicator and listens to what we wanted and needed done. We just had him back for window estimates. Another great experience. He was honest,brought in window sample and explained it easily. His advice was very helpful. Now soon we will get our windows/storms installed. The price was very affordable for great quality windows....entire house and basement also. We are so excited. Nick is the guy to deal with. Awesome personality and takes time with customer. He is quick to answer calls and tries hard to accommodate. Call Infinity Exteriors and you won't be disappointed.
