We had a new roof, gutters, some rotten trim replaced & a skylight replaced. Loved working with Jordan, the sales rep. He was awesome in answering every question timely. Prompt, easy scheduling. They offered a woodpecker resistant trim for our chimney. Crew was extremely hard working. Excellent cleanup--we found no nails. Punctual, job was completed in 1 week. Excellent communication by email and phone. Any needed tweaks were quickly attended to by Scott or the crew. My only complaint would be a few sloppy painting and caulk finishes on the wood trim.

We had a window quote done 1 year ago with Mike Fabian. We had met Mike at the home and garden show at State Fair Park. That gave us ample time to discuss window options with him. A great person to to work with. The windows turned out great. Besides the windows, we had the inside trim replaced as well from stained wood to white. The price was fair. We did have a few issues that we addressed. The customer service was great and all was taken care of in a reasonable time. It's been a year and we did an energy audit. The windows performed fairly well in the audit. We do look forward to working with them again for our front door as our next project.

Hired these guys in August. Day of appointment they had to reschedule because the guy was coming from Madison and wouldn’t make it on time. Okay that happens. Wanted a quote for a new patio door. They found some other issues with the roof. Said let’s fix it both. The wait for the door would be 6-8 weeks. Fast forward to November called and no one would call us back. Called again no one called back. Now we are in panic mode. Thinking we just got robbed. Called again and the door just came the day before but when I called that day it wasn’t there. Once again no called. Now the door came and we are now doing the work in December. They needed to us to authorize a work order to repair some things that weren’t caught before. No problem that happens. Wait a week before we hear back after that. Door gets finally put in. Looks nice!!! They leave and the door is completely dirty and the trim piece has a knock on it. Asked if I could get that fixed and they say of course. It’s now been a month or two and apparently I’m not getting a new trim piece. Even after talking to two different people and sending pictures. Great work done, bad communication.

He was the guy who got us the best deal for what we need, worked to get more from the insurance company, came at late hours to explain options of every style and color you can think of and he was the one who went above and beyond to get the awnings we want to finish the look and complete the project the right way. We worked with Infinity for our roof and gutters after some hail damage. They were quick to respond and excellent with communication along the way. Russ did a great job explaining the scope of the project and even helped us to remedy some venting issues that happened when the last roof was put on. Matt was our project manager and also was a great communicator along the way. The roof went on sooner than expected due to the warm temperatures this spring. We had one small issue with a leaky gutter and Matt was out right away to address it. I've already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so!
