Communication with Infinity was excellent. From sending a text message on a Saturday less than 2 hours after I submitted a webform on their website, to arranging an earlier appointment time, to the initial consultation where Russell took the time to inspect our roof and attic and clearly explain our options and the services and warranty that Infinity offers. We received several emails while waiting for our order to be prepared, and Matt did a good job scheduling the day for the roof replacement. The other roofing contractors we contacted did not provide even a fraction of the attention that Infinity did.

We had a leak in an area around one of our windows and contacted Infinity Exteriors. I was pleased to find out that they now have a Madison location. After my initial call I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had a couple of other companies come out as well, but when Russell came out I was really impressed with how thorough he was. He caught several things that the others had not, and also showed me where/what the issues were and why they were causing a problem. Russell has made communication very easy, which is hard to come by. He and Josh came back out to do the water test to figure out where the leak was coming from, and I really appreciated him once again taking the time to explain what they found and how it might effect the timing and scope of our project. Once the work is completed I will update, but so far the process has been really great!

From the beginning phone call to getting job signed Russ has been great, responsive, and willing to push that extra mile to make sure you know your options. Really helps for making best decisions. This a Veteran Owned business. They are based out of New Berlin but have opened a branch on East side of Madison. Make sure to check them out. I will add to this review when job is complete.

All in all great company to work with! After many meetings and taking the time to get know us personally, we were able to make the decision to partner with Infinity to complete our roof. They were timely and let us know what was happening every step of the way! Both the project advisor and manager were willing to answer any questions. 100% would recommend to others looking for a reputable company for exterior projects.
