We did siding (+soffits, chimney cap, gutters, gutter guards) and two large windows with Infinity. I think Infinity wanted to do a great job, but the contractors they work with were a weakness for this company. The contractors had to be constantly watched to make sure bird nests were removed, contractors didn’t always listen to the project manager, and the contractors covered up underlying damage instead of stopping and fixing things.

I asked so many questions about the job to have a complete understanding of the ventilation system, cause of mold, etc. He answered all of it, provided links for additional technical detail.
