Infinity Exteriors went above and beyond when replacing our roof. They were very communicative throughout the process with daily updates on the project. Completing a roof at the end of November in Wisconsin weather is not ideal for the anyone, but the workers worked in the cold from dawn until it was dark out. What really earned them 5 stars was how they went above and beyond by fixing our Christmas lights that had to be moved to complete the project. We thought we’d have to fix them when everything was complete but to our surprise when we looked at the completed project, the lights had been fixed to the roof line again. We would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Lots of great things to say about Infinity Exteriors! Travis and his crew did an awesome job residing our home and adding trim flashing to the soffits and facia. Travis stopped daily to stay on top of the work and was easy to reach when I had any questions. He even personally put on some final touches. I truly appreciate that he got us on his schedule early in the Spring and was amazed at how fast the crew worked. They looked to have 90% done the first day! And they finished up the 2nd day just in time to beat some incoming bad weather. That was such a relief. Also wanted to thank the Carley for daily messages to keep us informed, Jason for stopping and checking out the work and Victor who represented the company and sold me on trusting the products and process. I would highly recommend them to others for their siding projects. Kudos to everyone involved!

I had siding, soffit and fascia put on my house by Infinity Exteriors. I was glad to hear that they have a lifetime warranty on the installation. Two months after the work was completed a piece of fascia fell off of my house. I called Ricky who was the project leader on my purchase. He dealt with the problem immediately. He sent someone out to check on the fascia. They found that it was nailed to rotted wood. I was extremely angry when I heard that. I launched a complaint to the company, and they took it very seriously. Ricky came back to my home and had the crew take off all of the fascia in order to check for any more rotted wood that they may have missed. In my state of anger, I was very mistrusting, and I wanted to inspect the wood myself. Ricky even held the ladder for me several times, as I climbed it. I was satisfied with their warranty and immediate action to the problem.

I had one good and one bad experience with infinity. They replaced my roof and gutters and did a great job. The roof replacement was done quickly and efficiently. However, a couple months later we had a storm that cause some damage to the roof, gutters, and other exterior parts of our house. We called them for a quote, the same project manager came by the house. First, the project manager tried to convince us the cost would be more than what insurance quoted before he even looked at the damages. Then he left and they never followed up with us or provided us a quote.
