Very poor installations on my roofing and siding. It started with them forgetting to look into the skylights which delayed the project a couple weeks. then a very poor installation, the fit and finish were amateur at best - they did not clean the job site at the end of the day-left all the shingles and tar paper on the ground all the way around the house overnight poor cuts on the tin work/ flashing, bad install on the skylights they had to be reinstalled multiple times so they would seal properly, installed damaged shingles, installed factory defective shingles, left the insect screen hanging out the ends and the sides of the ridge vent, poor install on chimney flashing, missed the specifically request ice and water were the second story meets the roof, in the valleys the spaces off the center ridge on the "W" were not even on both sides, the gutter apron was not installed Straight etc... the roof was so bad they opted to tear it off and roof the house again. Threw away the 2 powered attic vents that they were contracted to save.

We were in the market to replace the old Masonite siding on our house with something more up-to-date that was reasonably priced. We'd had an estimate from a couple years prior that was umm eye-opening. Friends recommended Infinity Exteriors who resided and installed new windows and loved the workmanship. Our experience was equally good. From the beginning process with Isaac to the actual installation, the program was smooth and right on schedule. Even the follow-up between Ricky and Isaac with us went very well. Highly recommended!

Very good communication across the board, which made them easy to work with, especially from Issac and Ricky. They asked the best way to communicate during the installation. Friendly workers all around. Only slight downfall was the clean up after the project. Found a lot of nails and tools from the installers.

Infinity Exteriors was a very rewarding process for getting my new windows. Isaac the project advisor was knowledgeable and made the selection process for windows easy. No high presser sales involved , after getting quotes from other company's and sitting for hours this was a pleasant surprise and there prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend all you exterior needs from Infinity.

I want to thank Infinity Exteriors and especially Steve George (project advisor) and Chris McElroy (project manager). First off my wife and I were very impressed with Steve's roofing knowledge and honesty about roofing, warranties and pricing. He put us at ease and made our decision to go with Infinity an easy one and we felt very comfortable with it. Once the project got started, Chris kept us informed about the progress the entire day. Chris and his team were incredible. I thought for sure this would be a two day project but was completed in one. Once they were finished and cleaned up, you would never know anyone was there other than a fantastic looking roof. Thanks guys, you and your team did a spectacular job. The best thing is that I won't have to replace it again until I'm 115 years old. Well done!

Steve George 😀a very professional, knowledgeable salesman, came out for an estimate and answered all my ???? I signed them up and within a couple weeks, Ricky 😎 was out with his amazing crew and the job was completed. I was so impressed with how hard these guys 😅 worked and how much they actually enjoyed their job. Roofing is not easy work.The roof looks amazing! You guys !!! Jeff & Angela
