I received multiple exhorbitant quotes from various window companies. I was pretty certain it would be cheaper to just pay my existing heat bills over the next 20 years. But after comparing quotes for identical Provia windows, I bought the Provia windows from Steve George at Infinity Exteriors. He worked very hard to get me a very fair and affordable price on a good value product . He was attentive and a pleasure to work with.

High level of care and quality to get the job completed right. The first crew's work quality was not up to infinity standards. Due to the frequent check-ins by the project manager, Ricky, the crew was quikly replaced and a new quality crew took over. My neighbor texted me saying "these guys are really good". Love the fact that you get an email notification everytime the project manager checks in - provides great peace of mind! At the end of the project, Ricky reviewed everything, and made every detail right to make sure the siding and gutters look amazing. I really appreciate the level of detail, quality, professionalism, and timeliness. Ricky is not only a great representative for Infinity, but was also an advocate for me. I can't wait for it to rain to see my new gutters in action!!

Joe and his team updated my siding and windows in rain, sun, and blizzard weather- all in one week and did a great job. They were in contact with me daily with updates, they checked back with us to make sure we are satisfied and did a wonderful job. They were even there during a blizzard until it got too bad! The two areas where Infinity excels are communication with the customer and supervision of the work. Our project encompassed a complete tear-off of original cedar shakes, which were replaced with polymer siding, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. When I had questions, the response was impressively prompt. If you are interested in quality and clarity, I would recommend Infinity unconditionally.
