Jake was early for the appointment and came prepared. He talked with us first to get our concerns. Than he went up on he roof, took pictures and looked at everything. He spent 2 hours discussing our needs for a new roof and sharing his products. His estimate was fair and within our budget. We signed to have Infinity Exteriors replace our roof.

I am more than satisfied with my experience. Jake and Joe were very responsive. Their response to text, phone call or email was way above average. When I had my initial meeting with Jake he said that he would always do his best to answer or call back. He absolutely followed through. When you consider that it is the busy roofing season and there were a lot of houses having emergencies from all the storms and you get such great service you really have to be wowed!!! I have never dealt with any contractor as reachable and professional as Infinity. They didn't just answer but they were also happy and polite every time. Infinity worked with a prominent HVAC contractor to give me the best seal around my chimney and water heater stack. Despite the error and lack of communication from the HVAC contractor Infinity remained flexible and adaptive. Infinity went the extra mile in dealing with the contractor and me. Infinity kept me more in the loop about the HVAC contractor than the HVAC contractor did. The way Infinity handled not only rescheduling because of the weather but also the rescheduling they did with the HVAC contractor was outstanding. I would recommend Infinity to anyone because you really won't beat the service, quality, care, and professionalism. It was worth every single penny.
