Excellent service! Low pressure. We originally called Infinity last fall, and had an appointment with Tom. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We told him we were considering getting work done in fall but possibly spring. He didn't pressure us, but kept in touch. When we were ready, he promptly provided us several samples and was very knowledgeable about current trends. My husband, a home inspector for 20 years, really put him to the test. He was able to answer all questions about materials and how all parts of the job would handled down to specific details such as how various ductwork is handled. Within a couple days after our appointment, he was already following up, letting us know what stage our project is in. Extremely professional.

Scheduled a quote for roof and soffit work. Charlie was the rep who came out and looked at my home. He was quite personable and professional. I had several questions about the scope of work, payment/financing, and warranties - Charlie was able to answer all of those questions. He was very patient with me as well, and offered multiple solutions for repairs and financing throughout the appointment. I’m grateful he was able to beat some competitors quotes as well.
