I decided to go with Infinity roofing, because my previous experiences with roofers had been problematic and I had heard that they were a reputable company. Since I bought my house 35 years ago, one section was plagued with ice dams and leaks. I wanted it fixed once and for all. What I didn't expect was Josh Smith showing up as the project manager. Turns out that he had worked on my 100+ year old house doing a major insulation and weatherization project with Project Home many years earlier. I was SO thrilled that he was managing my roofing project because of the enormous amount of work he had done for me previously. Josh went to great ends to solve the many problems that arose during that project, so I knew I could trust him to make sure everything was done right on this one. Russel from Infinity Exteriors did an amazing job explaining the process and doing a detailed inspection of my home to make sure I could make the most informed decision in regard to my roof, siding, and gutters. He was always quick to respond to my questions and was polite and professional throughout our interactions. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services that Infinity offers and was always upfront about pricing and quality. My job should be completed in 4-8 weeks and I will post an update once everything is finished. I'm sure the quality of work will match the impeccable customer service I have received so far! We had a great experience with Infinity Exteriors. They re-built a rotting chimney chase and did some other minor work to prevent future leaks in another tough spot on our roof. Working with Vin to get the estimate and scope of work went well, and then Josh was very communicative to get work scheduled and completed. We will definitely reach out to them again for any future projects.

Update: Infinity Exteriors did an amazing job with my roof and gutters! The whole process was extremely smooth and painless. Josh did a great job as the project manager. He was in constant contact with me leading up to the start of my project. Josh took great care to make sure the project was completed quickly and correctly. You could tell that he truly cared about making sure I was happy when we did the final walk through. Josh even repaired a piece of siding and caulked some exterior penetrations that he noticed on our final walkthrough. Overall great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
