We ordered windows for our house and worked with David as our sales person, and Josh and Mike for installers. David is great - knowledgeable about the product, easy to speak with and work with, efficient, and responsive. Josh and Mike were wonderful on the install - professional, careful, worked hard to ensure our windows look great, and you can tell they really cared that the job was done well and right the first time. They also were mindful to sue drop cloths, and clean up after the project was spectacular. Thanks to the Infinity teams! Looking forward to working together again on our next home project.

We are so pleased with the customer service and professionalism of everyone involved at Infinity Exteriors. We had two large windows replaced in our home. Caleb was the salesperson who came and explained and showed us about their windows and what the cost would be. Then Steve and his crew installed them once the windows were made. We had to have a custom-made window for our front big picture window. JR was the project manager and was wonderful to work with and made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Adam also helped with that. Harlee kept all the communication going from the office to us and all involved. Initially we had quotes from other window companies that were astronomically higher and completely unaffordable. We feel like we got quality windows at a fair price with a great warranty. JR was so great to work with. This was not the first time we used Infinity Exteriors . Approximately 10 years ago we hired them for our old home to replace the roof, siding and windows . We were very happy then and that's why we went with them again this time . We highly recommend Infinity Exteriors.

I had a great experience with Infinity Exteriors replacing my old cedar siding. An expensive project, yes, but I feel I got great value. No more painting and replacing rotted boards. And it looks great! A brand new house on my block! Everything with Infinity was first class, from the sales team (Thanks Tom! You got right to the point and got me the info I needed to decide on the project) To Mike the Project Manager (Always on top of things), and the excellent install crew, WOW they work hard and were really skilled, large crew that worked like a well-oiled machine to get my project completed, they knocked my 2 story home out in 3 days. And the whole team is thourough and constantly following up. I had a couple small issues, a torn screen and a dented window wrap, here is why you know you have a good partner for your project - they came out and performed repairs same day before they would let me sign off on completion and make final payment. That was impressive.

The team at Infinity Exteriors clearly walks the talk of the high touch exceptional customer service touted by founder Josh Sparks. Our Pewaukee neighborhood suffered hail damage in 2024. Several homeowners have commented on the extra step of attic inspection and guarantee of workmanship and materials by Infinity as the best in the area. We previously experienced a stressful roof leak on a new roof that was completed by another roofing company. Infinity had completed our LP siding and helped us troubleshoot the roof issue even though they were not responsible. The previous roofer was not responsive. John is expert and professional in his water chasing skills. A few months later we suffered hail damage and needed a full roof replacement. We called Infinity immediately based on our experience in 2023. Caleb was kind, thorough and detailed in offering solutions during the sales process. The buying power of Infinity allowed us to upgrade to level 4 shingles to further protect our home. Chad took the project to the finish line and stayed in constant communication. He was remarkable, patient and happy to answer my questions. We could not be more pleased with our choice of Infinity.

All i can say is WOW! My windows look awesome! The service is above and beyond... from scheduling to final review they were the sweetest and kindest people! Mainly i want to give mad props to Ian. The detail and dedication to getting the job done well was amazing! I will definitely be using them again!
