Logan has been my contact at Infinity Exteriors and is doing a thoroughly excellent job. He takes the time to explain everything so there are no surprises. He listens carefully to what you're saying or asking and gives answers you can understand without a lot of technical jargon or being long winded. That includes explaining the insurance report to someone who's never had to read and understand one. After his initial appointment he texted a couple of times thanking me for my time and asking if I had any additional questions or concerns. My hail damage probably isn't a big project compared to some of the ones I've heard about in my area and I really appreciate the interest and attention to detail he shows. When he couldn't make the insurance adjuster appointment due to a scheduling conflict, his co-worker, Isaac was just as friendly, thorough and professional. I feel my house and garage are in good hands.

We were looking for a trustworthy contractor to assess our hail damage from the recent storm in SE Wisconsin and a co-worker recommended Infinity Exteriors. From the start Logan and the team were very responsive and came out quickly to look at the roof. After determining there was damage we were able to coordinate a meeting with the insurance adjuster and Infinity. Once the claim was approved Logan walked us thoroughly through our options multiple times to ensure we were clear on what the project would entail and what our material options were. We signed an agreement and we should be starting the project in a week or so. It cannot be any easier than this!
