Infinity was amazing to work with. Zac Drew was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the quoting process. Though there were cheaper alternatives, he took the time to explain why these weren't the right solution. Essentially he made sure that these repairs were done right and would last. Once the time came for the project, Tim Neubert and his crew were in constant contact on materials ordering and project start/end times. Though we faced some unforeseen additional work, they quickly connected with Zac to prepare a change order for the additional work and Tim made sure all materials where on site so the project duration wouldn't lengthen out at all. Even with this setback, the crew continued to complete the project to mitigate the project duration. The crew was meticulous and made sure everything was done right. This wasn't a small project, and though we had some bumps along the way, this team was terrific to work with.

Infinity was great to work with from beginning to end. Michael, who did our estimate, took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process. The crew who replaced the roof did a great job and completed it in one day. The estimate was slightly higher then another company I called, but the extra steps taken, and the transferable warranty, made that decision very easy. I am a Realtor, so having a transferable warranty is a huge plus, when the time comes to sell. Chad, the project manager was easy to get in touch with and made sure I was happy with the finished project. I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors!
