2023 update: a few gutter corners were still leaking last year. Project Manager Scotty tried to schedule someone from the install team to fix them, but when that was taking too long, he came and fixed them himself. Almost a year later, he made sure one last leaking corner was sealed. This company really does stand by their work. A real credit to Scotty for taking care of this issue. Infinity is lucky to have him on the team.

A quality company that stands behind their work. They use quality roofing materials and provide a great warranty (both mfr and installation - I read the details). Roofing crew worked REALLY hard to get the project done in one day. They were competent and respectful. I expected a few nails would be left behind and that was the case (it was dark during cleanup), but not a major issue. A few minor concerns I had in the weeks following were addressed without hesitation. The gutter install did not go quite as smooth, but two callbacks fixed the leaking corners (I expected better corner joints, but the key is that they're not leaking). Price was a bit more than a few other companies, but I wanted a company that would be there to resolve any issues - even if they come up years later. All the people I dealt with at Infinity were true professionals. I can't say that about some other types of contractors I have dealt with in the past.

Well, late fall arrived and it was time for my annual replacement of some window weather stripping. When I opened one of the casement windows it fell apart, completely rotted. It really was time for new windows. My friend and his relative chose Infinity Exteriors for their new windows and roof. Both were very pleased so we checked out Infinity's showroom after doing some research. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of their Richlin vinyl windows was excellent. We chose to replace our windows in stages. The first story would be year one. We elected to replace the entire window units rather than just the sashes. It was January and two Infinity installers cut out and replaced fourteen windows (one at a time) in one day. The temperature in the house never went below 64 degrees. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. The window woodwork was also replaced and the stain was a good match to our existing woodwork. Right after the install, Wisconsin was hit with a bunch of snow the the polar vortex. Minus 23 degrees air temperature is as bad as it gets and the new windows passed with flying colors! The proof of a good company is how it responds to an issue after the job is completed. It was raining and one of the windows leaked a bit. We called Infinity and they said we'll be out today. The service manager arrived two hours later and said the chalk gapped a little and we'll take care of it and they did. He said we continue to come back until the customer is completely happy - can't beat that!...Peter K.

Ben Gutkowski was amazing! He did a thorough inspection of our roof and found out the leak we had was from a worn out rubber cap in one of our pipe vents. He went above and beyond was very honest and saved us thousand of dollars. When it is time to replace our roof he will be our first call. Our deepest gratitude! Highly recommend him.

Danny came out and gave me an estimate on my home and garage roof. He was very polite and knowledgeable about in questions or concerns I had. I would just like to say that Infinity did a great job on my house and garage roof. There r no more leaks inside my home or garage. Great experience with my project. Quick diagnosis of roof leak and after detailed full roof evaluation, it was clear that entire roof required replacement. I did not feel pressure to replace entire roof, in order to fix a localized leak. As there was a leak, project was quickly started and completed in 2 days. Happy with quality of roof evaluation / sales / timely completion of project with great results.

Had an amazing experience with an estimate from Seth. Needed repairs for a small job and Seth was very thorough, explained the options and priced out the job quickly on the spot. Reasonable estimate I'm happy to proceed with, but the most amazing part was when he helped rig a temporary fix on his own and then inspected another roofline where we had some issues and cleaned out the gutters in the process! Saying he went "above and beyond" doesn't even do him justice. Couldn't be more impressed with Infinity, especially Seth.

I called Infinity Exteriors in an emergency situation. My roof was leaking in the middle of winter and I had water pouring in my house. Adam was so incredibly helpful in assessing my leaky roof and coordinating the repair within a very short time. Sean and his team, who did the repair, were very professional. I chose Infinity Exteriors for roof repairs, as well as some siding and a new window. I have had several family members that have used them in the past and had loved the work they did. Working with Jake has been great! He was able to work with me to get things at a very competitive price. Looking forward to the finished product!

I was in the process of having my siding replaced (it was at least 25 years old) and part of the project included repairing / replacing water damaged walls and roof on an addition to the garage. This addition was a little unique because the roof is nearly flat so shingles are not a suitable substrate. I had Adam from Infinity come have a look and he suggested a rubber roof. He also mentioned Infinity could handle the siding project including working with insurance process. But because I was already in contract with another company I declined. Adam was very understanding and continued to work with me through my entire project as though he had the entire job. He was professional, courteous, and amazingly helpful offering suggestions for my entire job that only improved my results, even though he had nothing to gain.

When the roof was completed the finished product was nothing short of perfect and has performed flawlessly.

Recently we had them out again to add a gutter to the area when the rubber roof was installed. Again the entire process was seamless, work exceeded expectations, and was timely.

Knowing we will be needing a roof in the next few years there will be only one call we make, and that is to Infinity. They have more than earned our trust with their service and finished results.

I was very impressed with Infinity Exteriors. Our roof was old had started to leak and we had no idea what to even ask when putting on a new roof. We did our research, had several companies come out and give us estimates. We listened and learned. Jake from Infinity was very honest, and professional, looked all over and under that roof to make sure there were no surprises. No one else did that. Took the time to explain all the things we had to consider, what was code in our area, what to expect when the team arrives. Even down to where did I want them to park their cars. How they were going to handle the mess and protect the yard and remove the mess. Communications were excellent. We are doing a lot of work on the house and its surprising how many companies do not value customer service. This company is professional from the start. Pricing was very competitive! I would recommend giving these people a call if you need a roof. Jake will explain it all.

Met with Logan. What can I say other than how pleased I am with the outcome of my experience. I had a bit of an emergency situation and he was able to patch my roof to prevent leakage and talk to me about future options. We made plans for a more permanent solution. He was very attentive to my concerns and his followup was A+++. It's not always easy finding good contractors and I would recommend giving them a call.

My experience with Infinity Exteriors exceeded my expectations before it even started! I had already received a couple bids from other contractors for a complete tear off and installation of new vinyl siding and LP shake. I decided to get one last bid from Infinity since I read such good reviews across multiple platforms (Google, Angie's List, and the BBB). There were only a few days left before I had to respond to one of the bids and Zac went above and beyond to turn around a quote in a very short period of time. Although it wasn't the lowest cost option, I am beyond excited for how well the project turned out! Zac and the PM, Mike, would check in on a regular basis and quickly address any concerns I had. The installation crew was also very respectful and hard working. Every day they arrived on time and even worked the entire weekend to complete the project in a timely fashion. I've been so happy with the experience that I am having Infinity come back for a roof repair! I have an engineering background with a strong attention to detail and am impressed with the quality of work. Zac and Mike would not sign off on completion of the project until I was 100% satisfied. Also, the company's lifetime warranty on craftsmanship is just a final reason to go with Infinity. If you've made it this far in reading the review, stop stressing out on which contractor to go with and give Infinity a call!

The project they completed for us was a complete new roof. This included tearing off the old, repairing any roof boards that were rotten, and installing new ice and water shield and shingles. They also replaced the roof exhausters and box vents. The crew from Infinity was very prompt on the days that they worked and they were also very efficient. The were very careful to protect all of our bushes, trees, and outdoor furniture when they were working near any of them. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion.

Details include the fact that I live out-of-state and my tenant reported the issue. I called a couple of places and Infinity Exteriors/Roofing was as accommodating and timely as could be with the estimate, the repair date and the completion of the job. I communicated with Victor and I felt completely reassured that the job would be (and has since been) taken care of. Of course the rains will be the telling factor, but the warranty I received from this company tells me they are totally confident in the work they do.

this is an excellent company. We had a very difficult leak to fix on the roof after they had installed our new roof and they honored the warranty and fixed the issue as well as paid for the damage to the drywall it ended up causing. They stand by their product and workmanship and I would definitely use this company for this kind of work again!

We are having Infinity replacing our roof following a hail storm. Hail punched through flat section of our roof & had a severe leak last rain storm. One call & Our salesperson Ben stopped by later that day & made temporary repairs. Every experience with Infinity has been positive. Initial call, estimate experience, now repairs. We are looking forward to our new roof, gutters & trim.

We encountered Nick Morn, Dir. of Business Development, at Infinity Exteriors in 2015, when we needed one section of our three section roof replaced. The crew worked like a military operation with its own logistics provider. Materials were brought to the house on a pallet and everything needed was on site when the crew arrived. The work done in 2015 was so good, we called Nick in to look at another section of roof we wanted done. Figured if we did a section every 5 years, the cost for replacement wouldn't kill us financially. We wanted a ridge vent put on both sections of roof and we wanted to add more insulation to the attic on the top section of the house (Infinity added insulation to the other 2 sections of the roof previously). Nick gave us an unbelievable price to do both sections rather than the one and insulation could be added prior to putting the new roof on by cutting a hole through the roof boards and patched back up. No hoses or insulation was dragged through the house.

Crew showed up on June 4 to start the work and they hoped it would be a one day job. Ended up being too hot out and they needed frequent water breaks. The end of the work day, we figured they'd wrap it up around 5pm and we had to meet friends for dinner and left. We returned at 8:30pm and the crew was still here working on the roof. They waited until the sun went down and made significant progress. They didn't leave here until 9pm. They finished up the next day and also repaired a rotted corner of overhang on my garage and cut in 5 more overhang vents to help the ridge vent draw. The work was done as efficiently in 2020 as it was in 2015. The job coordinator kept us involved every step of the way and when the job was done, he went up to inspect it and took pictures of the work and emailed them to me, right down to the new chimney flashing.

In short, given the quality and reasonable costs for the work Infinity Exteriors does, there was no alternative than to bring them in for the additional work I needed. If you need work done on your home, from windows to roofing, no need to look any further than Infinity Exteriors.

January 8, 2022: I am a repeat customer of Infinity Exteriors and had need for more repair to be done on my house. Toward the end of summer, I saw what looked like a hole in some soffit fascia trim near the edge of a gutter and saw bees flying in and out of the hole. Didn't know how far that hole went in or whether bees had access to the attic or not. Caleb Coslet came out to look at the damage and suggested we replace the soffit fascia on the rear upper gable of the house with LP Smart Siding and it could be painted at the shop prior to installation. He also found another 5 foot section on the back end of the house on the roof that needed replacing as well. The work was done on December 27, 2021 by Eric. We just had a snowfall and it was a bit cold that day. Eric was the only crew person. The old trim was torn off and new installed. No more bees, no hole, and the LP Smart Siding should last close to forever. I don't think there is anything involving the outside of a home that Infinity Exteriors can't fix. Great job !!

Update: March 13, 2025: We needed siding on our house replaced due to it being original cedar from back in 1969. Siding sustained massive sun damage and the stain was about all that held it together. As usual, we contacted Infinity Exteriors. Dan Miller came out and provided us with an estimate. Jake Fails was the project manager. Roughly 2/3 of our house was re-sided with LP SmartSiding that was custom colored to match the siding we didn't replace. The project started a week ago and a crew of 10 showed up from Bonilla's Siding, a sub-contracted group ? Within 2 hours, all the siding was torn off the house. New special wrap went up and the board & batten siding began, with every batten board caulked top, bottom, and sides. The entire job was almost knocked out the first day. Crew worked 7:30 to 3:30 on a Saturday to finish the project and looks great. Thanks, Infinity ! Happy 10th anniversary with us !!

We had infinity install a new roof and siding to our home in Q4-21.
In June of 22 we had a major hail storm that did severe damage to our new roof , but our insurance only wanted to repair 3/4 of our roof. This made no sense to us and our Infinity rep Jason went to bat for us.After many conversation and finally dealing with the actual insurance decision makers Jason was able to secure a 100% fully paid-for new roof. This was our second new roof within a year and we have been totally please with all the different folks we dealt with at Infinity. Hats off to Jason, his site managers and all the guys on the roof and ladders. They did a great job (twice). I sure hope this doesn't become a yearly thing, but I would certainly know where to turn if it does.

We love our new roof ! Our roof was old and leaking and we didn't know where to turn. Zac our project advisor Made the entire process so easy! From start to finish he was extremely thorough with communication and what to expect. We felt very taken care of every step of the way! I highly recommend infinity roofing for all of your roofing and gutter needs. They far exceeded all of our expectations. They got everything done so fast I was amazed! Beautiful quality and fantastic customer service.

We needed a rubber roof repaired or replaced, as requested by our potential home buyers. Darren Farmer was our roof specialist. He stated there was nothing wrong with our roof, and there would be no charge for the visit! Darren provided exceptional service and honesty where another contractor could have taken advantage of the situation. We originally reached out to Infinity to get some repair and upgrade work done on a few rental properties we own. The first property needed a new roof and siding. We wanted to give the second property a fresh look with new siding and trim. My original sales person was very knowledgeable of the product and answered all of my questions. Our project managers were great at explaining the scope of work and what to expect during the process.

I was so pleased with how the rentals turned out that I decided to upgrade my personal home. Dave came out to give me an estimate on a new roof along with siding and trim. He was very instrumental in helping us choose colors and a style we love. Both the roof and the siding crews did an amazing job and they were very pleasant to interact with. We recently discovered a leak in our roof. We contacted Infinity Exteriors. The salesperson Todd, came over to check it out. He discovered where the leak was coming from. After a discussion with Todd we decided to replace the whole roof...it was 28 years old. Todd, was a very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

We were kept updated constantly throughout the process. The project manager Scott, was very easy to work with.

The crew, arrived at 6:45 am, ready to work. They worked hard throughout the day , with only one break. They were very professional. We can not say enough about the crew. The neighbors were impressed by their work ethic.
