Just an update on my review. The installation of the new roof (tearoff, new roof) was done in one day. The installation crew was thorough and left no mess in the yard. The project manager made several trips out to our home to ensure the job was going without a hitch and kept us appraised of the job. I didn't find a single roofing nail and our back patio was clear of all debris. I highly recommend Infinity when you are considering a new roof. They bid was right in line with other bids in terms of cost but exceeded others with their explanation, and quality of materials for the price. Great job

Roofing Trends in Neenah
Debris-related wear in tree-lined neighborhoods: Areas with mature trees see faster shingle wear from debris buildup and moisture retention. More repairs now include clearing, minor decking fixes, and replacing affected sections rather than broad patching.
Flashing failures around additions and penetrations: Homes with additions, skylights, and multiple rooflines in Neenah commonly develop leaks at transition points. Repairs are increasingly focused on reworking step flashing, boots, and chimney interfaces instead of surface fixes.
Insurance-driven replacements after storms: Hail and wind events in the Fox Cities often create claim-based work where only certain slopes are affected. Homeowners are coordinating inspections and documentation to determine when a full replacement is warranted versus partial work.
