My husband and I are very satisfied with Infinity, our whole experience was amazing! Starting with Sam our Salesperson, Julia the Office Person, J.R our Project Manager, & last but not least Mark, who is without a doubt the hardest working installer I've ever met! He really cares about the quality of his work. We love our new windows, our patio door is a show stoper! We made the right choice by working with Infinity! Highly recommend!

Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process… when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn’t have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows “match” the ones we didn’t have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn’t great.

Infinity did an amazing job procuring and installing our new windows to update the look of our 100-year old farmhouse. Ricky, JR, and the install team were professional, responsive to our questions, and very personable. I received multiple exhorbitant quotes from various window companies. I was pretty certain it would be cheaper to just pay my existing heat bills over the next 20 years. But after comparing quotes for identical Provia windows, I bought the Provia windows from Steve George at Infinity Exteriors. He worked very hard to get me a very fair and affordable price on a good value product . He was attentive and a pleasure to work with.
