Our project management team was amazing, and very communicative during the entire process. Isaac (overall sales and lead project management), Chris (roofing), Carley (skylights), and Ricky (siding and gutters) were all top notch and a joy to work with before, during and after the project.

What sold us on Isaac and Infinity Exteriors, was the process and timeline his teams would be following to get our home from good to great. This is the first home renovation project of this scale that we have ever completed, and we needed to know that we could trust whoever was selected to exceed our high expectations. And they did!

Not only was the project management conducted at a very high level, but the actual teams completing the day-to-day work were excellent in their craft and in how they executed each task in the project. Many neighbors commented during the process how efficient, how clean, and how kind the workers were on a daily basis. That goes a long way for me.

Again...we could not be more thrilled with the results, and we would do it again! Thanks again to Isaac, Chris, Carley, Ricky, and the whole team at Infinity Exteriors.

Day 1 - supplies dropped off. Day 2 - they had all the old siding off before lunch. Day 3 they finished the layer of insulation and started putting on the new siding. Day 4 they started all the trim around windows and doors. Day 5 they finished up and cleaned up and Day 6 the gutters were installed. I cannot say enough good things about Rick's crews and the amazing job they did. My house is warmer, quieter, critter proof, and beautiful. They took great care in making sure every little detail was exactly right. They were fast and worked as a team, it went so quickly and I could not be happier. They came to me with little details I hadn't even thought of and made everything perfect. I would recommend them to everyone, and I am so glad I chose Integrity. From the no pressure bid to arranging dates and times, to cleaning all evidence of the transformation- it was painless, stress free, everyone was pleasant to work with and very attentive. Easy to reach, easy to get questions answered, professional and courteous at all times. Did I mention how happy I am with the whole project! Thank you for making my house even better! I LOVE WHAT THEY DID!

I got bids from 5 different companies on siding and insulation for our 1890's farmhouse. Infinity beat all the other bids, using the same products the other guys were using, and giving a better guarantee! The price was so good that I was also able to afford new shingles on the garage roof, also with Infinity.

Victor and Junior (sales), Ricky (siding), and Hunter (roofing) were exceptionally accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. They were excellent with follow-up and follow-through, and when I had questions before the project even started, they replied to my emails or calls very quickly.

The crew was amazing! Great guys, both professional and friendly. Did I mention QUICK? They completed the project on my 3-story house in 2 days, while paying close attention to all details and dealing with all the extra challenges and nuances of a 135-year-old home. These guys are obviously experts in their field. I watched the whole process, and I have no complaints.

Thank you so much to everyone at Infinity! I'm walking on clouds every time I look at my beautiful home.

If anyone reads this review and is sitting there confused about who to go with for your roofing project, go with INFINITY, you won't be disappointed. Steve George a very professional, knowledgeable salesman, came out for an estimate and answered all my ???? I signed them up and within a couple weeks, Ricky was out with his amazing crew and the job was completed. I was so impressed with how hard these guys worked and how much they actually enjoyed their job. Roofing is not easy work.The roof looks amazing! You guys !!! Jeff & Angela

Infinity did a great job on our roof. They had it done in a day and a half. Timely, easy to work with, cleaned the yard of all nails when they were done. Very satisfied! Will be using them again for our future projects!

Infinity Exteriors went above and beyond when replacing our roof. They were very communicative throughout the process with daily updates on the project. Completing a roof at the end of November in Wisconsin weather is not ideal for the anyone, but the workers worked in the cold from dawn until it was dark out. What really earned them 5 stars was how they went above and beyond by fixing our Christmas lights that had to be moved to complete the project. We thought we'd have to fix them when everything was complete but to our surprise when we looked at the completed project, the lights had been fixed to the roof line again. We would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Junior came to my house to give me an estimate for my roofing project. He gave me a competitive estimate and explained all the details they would do to complete the project, some i knew and a lot I didn't. He was professional and very easy to work with. I wish them all the best in future business, which I have no doubt they will achieve. I did not go with their service, but that was my personal choice, they priced the roof competitively with other competitors.

Our experience with Infinity Exteriors was good from start to finish. Junior was our salesperson, and Hunter managed the project. They both impressed us with their expertise and the care they took answering our questions. We were also happy with the crew who installed our roof and skylights. Looks great!

Roof was professionally installed to our complete satisfaction by infinity through Lowe's. Jake and Hunter did a great job.

They were communicative, prompt, quick, cleaned up well, did a great job, and cared that we were happy in the end. Our siding and roof and gutters look great and it was a good deal as well.

Victor made the whole process of selecting the right shingles and gutters for our home easy. We were so happy we worked with Infinity for our exterior door as well.

Victor met with me and helped me tremendously. He was patient and thorough with many questions surrounding the house and garage roof, and insurance complications. He listened and did not oversell us.

Hunter and Carly were terrific throughout the process. Hunter went above and beyond to make sure - on a Saturday night - that the roof was properly protected after the shingles were removed because of incoming bad weather. Any question that arose during the process, Victor, Hunter, and Carly answered immediately and even took care of things that needed to be done before we even knew.
