Roof damage in Waukesha can start with loose shingles after high winds, minor flashing failures, or leaks caused by ice damming during the winter. Our roof repair services identify the true source of the problem, not just the visible symptoms. Infinity Exteriors performs precise repairs to restore roof integrity.
When a roof reaches the end of its service life or sustains widespread storm damage, a full replacement becomes the most cost-effective long-term solution. Our team handles everything from tear-off and ventilation upgrades to clean installation and final inspection, so your new roof performs for decades.
Regular roof inspections are essential for Waukesha homeowners, especially after hail events or harsh winters. Infinity Exteriors provides thorough inspections to assess shingle condition, flashing, ventilation, and attic performance.
Asphalt shingles remain the most popular roofing option in Waukesha due to their affordability, durability, and adaptability to local weather conditions. We install architectural and impact-resistant shingles with improved wind ratings and longer lifespans.
Cedar wood roofing is commonly found on historic and high-end homes throughout Waukesha neighborhoods. Beyond its distinctive appearance, cedar provides natural insulation and performs well in variable climates when properly installed and maintained.
Slate roofing is one of the most durable roofing materials available, often lasting a century or more. In Waukesha, slate is typically used on older estate-style homes and landmark properties.
Metal roofing continues to grow in popularity across Waukesha thanks to its longevity, energy efficiency, and excellent snow-shedding performance. Standing seam and metal shingle systems are well-suited for homeowners looking for a low-maintenance roof.

We are so happy with the job your company did. The entire process was easy because of the communication with MJ and Julia. The crew started early and worked late (seemed to on our end) to finish it all in the day. They went the extra step to cover and protect our yard and clean up after including offering to move patio furniture and grills. We will definitely recommend Infinity to everyone! Thank You!

Zac, from Infinity, came out to do a roof inspection and found storm damage along with a leaky chimney flashing. He even came back a 2nd time to meet with the insurnace adjuster. The crew was awesome and super efficient. They had the old roof removed and new roof installed within a day. To say my new roof looks better is an understatement. All the unnecessary obstructions and roof penetrations are now gone and all the new penetrations are on the back side of the roof. Leaving a very clean curbside view. We also had a new sun tunnel installed, my wife loves it. Highly recommend the sun tunnel, Infinity and Zac.
We had a excellent experience with Infinity. The most impressive part was the crew that actually tore and put the roof on. What great workers. Everything was superb.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

We were very happy with Adam Landwehr and Infinity Exteriors. They were in communication with us regularly from the time we signed the contract, letting us know that our shingles had been ordered, had come in, and scheduling the job. They came out with a full crew sufficient to take down our tile roof and install the new roof in one day - unlike other roofers who seem to take a week for a job. The cleanup was very thorough, and a post install inspection was done a few days later. We are very pleased with our new roof!

Do You Need a Permit to Replace a Roof In Waukesha?
Waukesha is one of the few cities in the greater Milwaukee area that doesn’t require a permit for reroofing a home or a duplex, although the City of Waukesha building code stipulates that roofs can have no more than two layers of roofing material. Hiring unlicensed or unbonded contractors can result in the homeowner being fully responsible for any code violations or injuries that occur on the job.

Roofing Trends in Waukesha
Impact-resistant shingles after repeated hail events are a growing priority for homeowners. Many Waukesha residents are opting for Class 4 shingles to better withstand hail strikes and wind-driven debris.
Ventilation and ice-dam mitigation upgrades are frequently incorporated during roof replacements on older homes near Carroll University and established neighborhoods, where attic designs and insulation levels often fall short of modern standards.
Metal roofing adoption is increasing in newer subdivisions on the outskirts of Waukesha and in semi-rural areas west toward Genesee, where homeowners value long-term durability, snow-shedding performance, and reduced maintenance.
Preservation-focused roofing work remains common in historic areas near downtown Waukesha and along Grand Avenue, where cedar shake and slate roofs are still present.
Energy-conscious roofing decisions are becoming more common as homeowners look to manage rising utility costs, with upgrades such as reflective shingle options, improved underlayment systems, and better attic airflow.
