Infinity Exteriors replaced windows dating back to 1934 in our 3-season family cottage and did a fabulous job! Tyler’s craftsmanship was exceptional. Our family cottage is now ready for the next several generations to enjoy. We definitely recommend Jake and his crew of talented carpenters for any repairs or updates your home is in need of.

The process of selecting window with Adam was informative and easy. When the windows arrived the installation was scheduled quickly and the crew arrive right on time the day of the installation. The 7 replacement windows were installed in about 1/2 the time I expected and were done very well. The trim on the outside looked like it had been caulked by a machine, it was flawless. Inside, the windows were an amazing match to our existing woodwork. The entire experience was great and everyone I dealt with from Adam to the installers were professional and caring. I will use Infinity again.

Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process… when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn’t have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows “match” the ones we didn’t have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn’t great.

We are very impressed with the look of our home. With the installation of new windows, our 35 year old home looks brand new! We were also very impressed with the friendly, yet professional staff. From the salesman to the installation team, Infinity was great. We were also happy that all of the windows in our home could be installed in two days. We would recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Infinity did an amazing job procuring and installing our new windows to update the look of our 100-year old farmhouse. Ricky, JR, and the install team were professional, responsive to our questions, and very personable.
