My husband and I are very satisfied with Infinity, our whole experience was amazing! Starting with Sam our Salesperson, Julia the Office Person, J.R our Project Manager, & last but not least Mark, who is without a doubt the hardest working installer I've ever met! He really cares about the quality of his work. We love our new windows, our patio door is a show stoper! We made the right choice by working with Infinity! Highly recommend!

Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process… when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn’t have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows “match” the ones we didn’t have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn’t great.

We are very impressed with the look of our home. With the installation of new windows, our 35 year old home looks brand new! We were also very impressed with the friendly, yet professional staff. From the salesman to the installation team, Infinity was great. We were also happy that all of the windows in our home could be installed in two days. We would recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Infinity did an amazing job procuring and installing our new windows to update the look of our 100-year old farmhouse. my wife and I had Richland Windows , the Heritage Classic double hung vertical slider, vinyl dual glazed ,foam filled cavities, low E, argon gas , installed by Infinity Exteriors, Inc, and were completely satisfied with their product and service. The installers, Josh and Mike, were hard working, prompt and professional with an attention to detail resulting in a superior product. The first stormy, windy, day after installation showed that this was a very good choice for us after may years of cold and drafty windows. The whole Infinity staff, from the initial sales team to the follow-up contact staff was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them for any future projects.

We had our house totally resided, doors and windows replaced this year. We couldn't be happier with the results. Jake, the project coordinator, was very helpful with discussing the project regarding cost and selection of materials. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Nick and J.R., the project managers, were very hands on and accommodating throughout the project. They addressed any unexpected problems or changes to our complete satisfaction. We had a window quote done 1 year ago with Mike Fabian. We had met Mike at the home and garden show at State Fair Park. That gave us ample time to discuss window options with him. A great person to to work with. The windows turned out great. Besides the windows, we had the inside trim replaced as well from stained wood to white. The price was fair. We did have a few issues that we addressed. The customer service was great and all was taken care of in a reasonable time. It's been a year and we did an energy audit. The windows performed fairly well in the audit. We do look forward to working with them again for our front door as our next project.

Infinity Exteriors was a very rewarding process for getting my new windows. Isaac the project advisor was knowledgeable and made the selection process for windows easy. No high presser sales involved , after getting quotes from other company's and sitting for hours this was a pleasant surprise and there prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend all you exterior needs from Infinity.
