Great service and very professional

I am writing to review my experience with Infinity Exteriors. First, Junior Reyes, our salesman, was a pleasure to work with-very responsive and polite and thorough. The installation was excellent. Really easy to work with, and their workmanship was outstanding!!

I had Junior come out for an estimate & was super professional & friendly.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac during the planning phase of this project and he was super helpful and patient throughout. Once the project started we worked with Ricky for everything on site. Ricky checked in with us daily to make sure things were on schedule and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ricky was always very easy to get in touch with and always kept us informed if anything came up during the project. Unfortunately they did run out of the stone needed to finish the front of our house, but those things happen. I know that Ricky worked late to find what we needed and did whatever he could to get it there asap so they could finish everything up for us! I would definitely recommend Infinity Exteriors!

Infinity exteriors responded quickly to my parents home, gave them an honest and thorough assessment and were generous in their dealings with them. We highly recommend!

Infinity was great from start to finish. Jake spent the time with us going through everything we wanted, designing and explaining the process, great advice when we weren't sure about something, and went the extra mile to get us where we were comfortable in our budget. Ricky oversaw the project and was on top of making sure everything was going as planned, and that we were satisfied in the process and the finished product. He was consistently on top the crew making sure the work was done to his standards, walking around the house making sure everything was up to par. Jeremy was great in overseeing some of the projects as well and made sure the work was done timely, correctly and with quality.

Everyone was extremely hard working, provided quality work, was great and thorough with clean up. Even after our project was finished and we decided to replace our front door, Ricky was great in helping us fix the trim around the entryway that needed adjusting with the new door. I can't say we've got anything to complain about in the process, how we were treated, the work that was done, the quality of products, how hard working the crew was, and the timing start to finish.

Infinity was great. From sales, to project management, to the hard workers ..my home looks so wonderful and I am beyond happy. Victor and Ricky were so helpful and took extra time to make things perfect for me! My house went from the ugliest house on the block, to the best looking house on the block. I am so happy with final results!

I've known Junior for many years and he is top notch to work with. Always cares about the customer and goes the extra mile.

Junior did an amazing job with the quote, walking me through all the options and sometimes even steering me away from more expensive options that aren't suitable for my home. Very pleased with the quote process.

Junior was an excellent sales advisor educating us on what options we have without being pushy about purchasing. He took the time to ask questions to determine not only what we need but also advised us of what we don't need. We appreciated not just being sold but actually consulting and guiding us though the process.

Junior was incredibly pleasant to work with,very thorough with the estimate and provided great feedback on the scope of work I was requesting making my decision to partner with Infinity an easy one . Made the right choice!!
I discovered Infinity Exteriors at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. My first contact was with a young male who was confident with the company. I then met two others with Infinity Exteriors. I made an appointment for an estimate with Jake. Follow-up texts arrived. He came at the planned time and was patient.
As a widow, I was "heard" with what I wanted in doors. I was not talked "down" to or talked "at". Never once was it said I "should" do/buy this product. I was never pressured. Never were there any unusual compliments/flattery/BS. We talked DOORS!!!
Jake was very knowledgeable. He priced different styles of doors to compare pricing. He was able to offer suggestions that I was not aware of and the reasons behind them.
When I asked him why I should choose Infinity from another company, he always answered by what his company sold, and the services offered. He never attacked the other companies. Talk about civility!!!!!
The company is veteran owned. My late husband (retired Navy) would be so happy and proud.
I had a follow-up question and called the next day. I got Jake directly and not "please leave a message after the beep" or "stay on the line your call is important to us".
At the end of the day, I'm at peace. The doors are beautiful. The process was not stressful. I got all my questions answered. Infinity Exteriors was the right choice!!!!

One of the reasons I was attracted to trying out Infinity was their confidence on their site that I wouldn't find anyone else with higher customer satisfaction. They sure were right. I easily made my first appointment. When Victor showed up, I was ready with a 100 questions and he quickly batted them down with ease and a smile. He helped us feel confident we had made the right decision. I didn't realize how much more smooth it would be working with a larger company. Highly recommend!

This company and their employees are fantastic, responsive and courteous to all your needs for the project you get them for. As most I am skeptical of the reviews but I would use them again without hesitation. Ricky, Tyler and victor all were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions you have. Some before and after photos I have attached to see the changes and how much I appreciate their hard and dedicated work.

The team that was assigned to my project was working against a weather clock that was looming over them all day but held off enough to finish the project.

I would give these guys a 10/10 and would have you hire them for all your exterior projects.

We have our daughter's graduation party this Friday July 11th. Our neighbors used Infinity Exteriors to side their whole house last week. The problem we had was we were missing the cap that goes over the garage door. Junior from Infinity Exteriors came out the next day and I showed him what we needed and asked if he thought he could get it done before the graduation party. He said my boss Hunter I will get it done for you. It's complete and looks absolutely amazing!!! Our job was a small job but Junior and Hunter acted as it was as important as any other job. I can't thank Junior and Hunter enough. Highly recommend them for big jobs like my neighbors and small jobs like ours. Complete pros!
