Roof Replacement Company in Milwaukee

A few years ago my garage roof was replaced by Infinity. From start to finish it was a great experience. Jake took care of everything for me. Great work was done and completed very efficiently. I am now having windows installed by Infinity. Jake took care of the estimate and met all of my needs. Mike came for the final measure and that went very well also. I had decided to make a couple of changes from the original estimate and that went smoothly also. I discussed the changes with both Mike and Jake and we all thought the change would only make the window replacement all the better. I am eager for my windows to be installed in October. Again, Infinity met my needs for scheduling the installation for October when I have time off from work. Five stars for Infinity!

A handful of our neighbors were using Infinity for roofing replacements so I did some research on the company -- I read a lot of great things to go along with A+ on the BBB and a LOCAL company. They recommended I speak further to Logan. He's been great to work with thus far & I'm hoping insurance can help my family out with this project so that I can tackle a few other exterior remodeling projects in the coming years.

Adam inspected my house and garage roof and told me I only needed to replace my garage roof. All other sales people told me I needed both replaced. I liked his honesty.

The crew showed up on time. Was very efficient in the process of the removal of the old roof and new installation. Clean up was excellent.

I'm going to use Infinity next year for new siding for my house.

After a bad sales experience with another company, I discovered Infinity from a tv ad. Contacted them and what a difference! Our salesman, Dan, did an outstanding job explaining everything, choices and procedures. He was patient with all our questions about our roof replacement. He was thorough, even went into our attic to check things out. The project was done beautifully and follow up by Isaac was consistent and he, too, made sure everything was to our liking. After the roof job, we decided to request more work. Im sure we will be just as pleased! Thank you!!

new roof. I had many questions about the new roof and he was
very knowledgeable in explaining about the ice dam prevention
and roof venting. It made my Aunt very comfortable about having
infinity replace her roof. The crew was top notch and very curtious
and kept us informed of the work.
I was so impressed with Arron that I asked him of would come and do an inspection of my roof. I called the office and he was out to advise me of
the condition of my roof as well. Arron is first rate and Infinity is lucky to

Back in July we had Infinity Exteriors LLC replace 7 windows in our home. We were impressed with everyone throughout the process. Zac came to our home with window displays so we could see exactly what we would be getting (other window companies had just come with a brochure!). He answered our questions and never pressured us. He was up front about the fact that they use sub-contractors for their work. This worried us a little, but they had such a good reputation that we decided to take the chance. We were notified by either email or phone during every step of the process... when the person for final measurements would come, when the windows were ordered, when they were finished, and finally, to be installed. The installers (those sub-contractors) were great. You could tell they took such pride in their work. We didn't have all of our windows done, so they had to make the trim on the new windows "match" the ones we didn't have done, and they did an excellent job. We love our new windows. We are so pleased with Infinity that we plan to use them when it comes time for a new roof and siding. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the installer is the one who is supposed to receive the final payment from the customer, but he is not provided an invoice or anything. We chose not to give him the money, which he had no problem with, and instead waited for an invoice from Infinity, which came a few days later. That was only thing during the whole process that wasn't great.

Charlie arrived right on time for our appointment. He was personable, more than patient listening to my roofing needs/ goals and went above and beyond to help me plan for the installation of a new roof!

Dan was a pleasure to work with when I needed to replace my roof, and was very satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to finalizing the contract, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Dan took the time to thoroughly explain the different roofing options available, discussing the pros and cons of each and helping me choose the best fit for my home and budget. His communication was clear, and he answered all of my questions promptly. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the decision-making process so much easier.

Excellent experience from the in home consultation to speedy job completion. We're very pleased with our new roof and gutters

From initial contact to job completion, Infinity Exteriors was very professional. They replaced the roof on our detached garage as promised, including the replacement of some of the plywood under-layment which had water damage. Job was done on the day promised, including cleanup and hauling of old roofing. Job supervisor came out to check on the job while the work was in progress and again at job completion. We have work to be done on our house as well, and when we are ready, Infinity Exteriors will be our first call.

From start to finish, getting our new roof was a SMOOTH PROCESS. The whole process took a little over a month; however, that was due to the fact that we were getting multiple inspections and quotes, including that of our insurance adjuster.
Our initial consultation had to be rescheduled; however, they did so in a timely manner. The consultant was VERY THOROUGH in explaining the process and setting our minds at ease regarding insurance claims, materials, warrantee, etc. He was very RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL in PROMPTly replying to my emails regarding questions we had.
The day of the install, eight gentlemen arrived bright and early and got to work. They did a great job setting up plywood and tarps for the purpose of PROTECTING the windows, siding, and inhabitants (preventing us from going out certain doors to avoid getting injured by falling debris). They were also obliged to cut some branches that were hanging too close to the house for them to work, which was very HELPFUL. (We had contacted a few arboreal companies to trim the tree before Infinity arrived; however, those companies did not follow through.) They worked 11 hours in extremely hot (80+ degree, full sun) weather, getting the job finished and cleaned up by 6:30p.m. (Clean up was pretty thorough; however, we continue to find a few nails, bags, and odds and ends here and there in the yard and bushes.)
My only negative comment would be that because of the heat and sun and how they spread out their tools and supplies all over the yard, we now have scorched grass spots all over the yard on every side of our house. It's been about three weeks since they came, and there are still evidences of damage that I don't know if reparable short of reseeding.
We were told that after the job was completed the dumpster and extra supplies would be picked up within 3-5 days. To our surprise, both were picked up the NEXT DAY.
All in all, we are VERY PLEASED with the THOROUGHNESS and TIMELINESS that Infinity has exhibited from start to finish on our roofing project. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICHAEL WOLF and his Infinity Exteriors team!

Great experience with getting a new roof installed. Initial meeting and assessment was done quickly and with all options clearly presented and discussed. Installation date was scheduled within 2 weeks of assessment and order. Materials delivered 2 days before installation. Crew arrived early morning on installation date and worked all day to complete the job. No issues and work was completed with my full satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with Ricky, JR and all the guys that worked on my project from Infinity. New roof, gutters and siding. Looks phenomenal! I highly recommend this business.

House suffered hail damage and we had siding, gutters, and roof replaced. It was a big project and Infinity guided us through the whole process. in a project like this, small things come up and Infinity came through with solutions in a timely manner.

I am very satisfied with the process of deciding on a new roof and gutters . Mike Schrammel gave me helpful information and he made it easy to understand what the choices were and how they aligned with my goals and preferences . I had a wonderful experience with Infinity Exteriors for my new roof, from the sales person Todd, to Padra, and also Scotty and his crew. Todd explained everything clearly, patiently and was not a "pushy" salesman. The crew was on time, worked hard, and cleaned up the mess. I appreciate the fact that they were honest about old wood needing replacing instead of just shingling over bad wood thinking I'd never know. They came recommended to me by two separate people I know, and I would recommend them.

I have not had our roof and gutters replaced yet, but so far I'm very impressed with Brent from infinity. He was extremely thorough in our consultation, answering questions and explaining a lot that other companies did not.

I have previously used Infinity to re-roof my garage. The quality was great, but the price wasn't significantly higher than just doing it the cheap way. They let me choose what areas to save money and where to upgrade when the added value made sense.

Currently I have engaged them to replace the roof on my rental property. They explained to me why the wood was getting wet, how they would fix it and what measures they would put in place to stop it from happening again. I've shopped around for roofers before, but this time I only made one call.

I met with Adam Landwehr to discuss my 26 year old roof replacement. I'd been hoping to have a skylight installed at the same time, thinking it would be the best approach. My old roof was a cedar shake shingle. I went with a upgrade asphalt shingle per our neighborhood bylaws. The roof turned out beautiful, and Adam coordinated all the work with installation of the skylight with the Velux authorized installer. I couldn't be happier. The skylight is one of seven install to date in Wisconsin. It has a walk out balcony feature. I love it. It brings so much light to a room that had no windows or light. Thank you!
I also had a sliding, triple door in my kitchen replaced this past year by Infinity. Adam also coordinated that project. There was a bit of rot involved, but Adam got the guys to investigate it, and resolved all issues, so I have a sound structure in that area. Also, gave me a fair price. I trust this company and would rely on them in the future for this type of work.

I recently had a roof installed and infinity did a phenomenal job. Our salesman Logan R. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all his material inside and out and made sure all our questions were answered. The day of install there was 10 guys here and everyone was very polite. Our Project Manager Sean did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our project. Infinity did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I did find a couple missed nails and mentioned to Sean and without hesitation, the next day there was a crew of 10 guys with roller magnets doing another sweep around my property. Infinity made this project easy, stress free along with great quality work and I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement! Great job guys!

I scheduled an appointment with Infinity Exteriors. A very professional and friendly representative named Charlie Smart arrived at my house promptly on time. We talked about my current roof and the problems I was having. Charlie mentioned that he would like to inspect outside and inside the house (attic) and garage. I have not been asked this on other inspections but Charlie mentioned it was very necessary to realy know what were dealing with for a shingle replacement. I respected his decision to do this.
This really made my decision easy of what roofing company I wanted to install my roof.
The selection of shingles, price and availability was very realistic.

I was very happy with the entire process of using Infinity. From the initial meeting, through the quote process, and the installation, they were great. We needed a new roof, and they went over several options with us, as well as colors. Obtaining financing was very easy. The project took half a day for the install, and again, no issues at all The did a great job, and cleaned everything up afterwards. They did a walk through a week later, and were always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend using them again, and we will be more than happy to reach out to them when it comes time to do our siding.

I worked closely with Jake from Infinity Exteriors, LLC to replace a roof and gutters on my son's home after wind damage this past March. Jake made my life easier at a time that wasn't easy for me at all, and the job done by Infinity was outstanding. Truly a pleasure to work with them!

I met tonight with your project advisor Michael S., such an outstanding individual. He went through every detail of the job, found issues while crawling in my musty attic, never rushed me even though it was after 8 pm, and wasn't pushy! What made him outstanding is he's just himself...not some hard selling salesman wanting me to sign the contract so he can get home. Every concern I had was addressed and the best part was the cost! MUCH LESS than what I expected to pay for 50 year warranted shingles! Seriously people, call Infinity. I have no connection to this company as I write this, just a very satisfied customer who looks forward to my new roof & gutters from a company with a 5 star rating across the board. I am so happy I called them.

Infinity exteriors has made my home look fantastic! Everything except the windows has been replaced. Isaac was a great help in picking our colors that would work together and not be "just like the neighbors house". The roof portion of the project started fairly quickly, the siding took longer due to expected material shortages. Admittedly there were a "few" bumps in the process but I am grateful that my salesman, Isaac Tomlins, came up with a solution that we could live with and overcome each problem. Most importantly he followed thru to solve every issue that came up. I would say that if not for Isaac my review would have been very, very different. Isaac is the glue that held this project together! Infinity Exteriors is lucky to have Isaac! I have never seen anyone work so hard to make sure the customer had a good experience.
